Analyzes account balance variances to assess accuracy of general ledger.Assists in the month-end and year-end close activities and reporting.Participates in the audit process as required by federal, state, or local agencies.Prepares cost reports and budget reports for DHCS, HRSA, Title X, and other Grant-related entities.Prepares Uniform Data System (UDS) report for the Bureau of Primary Health Care and the Annual Utilization Report of Primary Care Clinics for the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD.). Responsible for preparing documents and reports for federal, state and local government agencies.Conducts follow-up analysis comparing projected budget analysis with actual performance.Prepares budgets based on statistical studies and analysis of past and current years.Coordinates activities for formulation, monitoring and presentation of budgets.Responsible for preparing the annual operating and capital budgets.
